Aviator. We are a family-run roastery located in the Pacific Northwest, the heartland of passionate coffee drinkers. At Aviator, we believe in keeping it small and keeping it simple. We nod to the coffee pioneers before us who paved a path and opened doors by bringing premium coffee to the masses.  Aviator brings coffee roasting back to small production.
