We are thrilled to welcome Wendy Fox, Interim Dean of Workforce & Economic Development at Olympic College, as our guest speaker for this event. With over 23 years of experience in start-up management, organizational development, and leadership within non-profit sectors, Wendy has a proven track record of scaling organizations with limited resources into thriving service providers. Her expertise in change management, strategic collaboration, and navigating complex conversations has helped her significantly increase funding and enrollment in every program she has led.

While working alongside her outstanding team at Olympic College, Wendy has achieved remarkable success in expanding their impact and building stronger partnerships across sectors.
